Babolat technical veron 3.0

The Babolat technical veron 3.0 combines power, gameplay, and confort. The technical veron 3.0 combines a diamond head with a power balance, moving mass toward the top of the frame for pace on the smash and the volley at the cost of a smaller effective sweet spot than a round or tear shape gives. The frame is carbon over a Fiberglass face and a soft EVA core, which flexes more than a hard core and holds the ball slightly longer on contact, tempering some of the power balance's edge. The face is listed as smooth rather than rough, so contact generates less bite for spin than a textured face would. Babolat lists a normal 360-370g weight and an intermediate level. The diamond-power shape asks more of technique than a round-control racket does, which is the trade for its extra pace.
