↩️ Returns and exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Rackets that have been played with, and opened ball cans, cannot be returned.

Start a return through the contact form: give the order number and say whether you want a refund or an exchange. We reply within one working day.

Refunds go back to the payment method used, once the item arrives and has been checked.
