🔒 Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Zakhar Chumak (ФОП Чумак Захар Михайлович), vul. Ivana Puliuia 5, apt. 93, Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. Write to contact@padelking.pl about anything on this page.
2. What is collected
When you order: the name, contact details and delivery address you enter, and what the order contains. When you write through the contact form: your name, the contact you leave, your message and the IP address it came from.
When you create an account: your email address and a password that is stored only as a hash, together with your order history and saved items.
Your basket, your language and your privacy choice are kept in your own browser, not on our servers.
3. Why, and on what basis
Order and contact data is used to fulfil the order and to answer you — that is performance of a contract and, for a question, our legitimate interest in replying to it.
Analytics and advertising run only on your consent, and only after you give it.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential storage keeps the basket, the session and your privacy choice working. It cannot be switched off without breaking the shop, and it is not used to profile you.
Google Analytics and Google Ads are optional. Both are set to denied until you choose otherwise, and no Google script is loaded and no request is sent to Google before that choice is made. You can change it at any time.
5. Who else sees it
The carrier that delivers your order, the provider that sends our email, and — only with your consent — Google. Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed on for anyone else to advertise with.
6. Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent for analytics and advertising at any time. Write to contact@padelking.pl. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
This policy may be updated. The version on this page is the one that applies.
