📄 Terms of sale

1. Who the seller is

Seller: Zakhar Chumak (ФОП Чумак Захар Михайлович), tax number 3049022936, vul. Ivana Puliuia 5, apt. 93, Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. The shop is operated at padelking.pl.

Country of establishment: Ukraine. An order therefore crosses a border, which can affect delivery time, customs handling and who bears the cost of sending an item back.

This page is the offer under which orders on this site are accepted. Placing an order means accepting it.

2. How an order is made

Before confirming, you see the name, price, availability and total of everything in the basket. Confirming sends the order to us; it is not a payment.

If an item turns out to be unavailable at the supplier, we tell you and offer a waiting time, a replacement or a cancellation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Polish złoty. They are held in euro and converted at the National Bank of Poland reference rate current at the moment the page is served, so the figure you confirm is the figure that applies to that order.

No card is charged on this site. After the order arrives we contact you to agree how it will be paid and delivered before anything is shipped.

4. Delivery

Delivery is charged at the carrier rates that apply to your order; the amount is confirmed with you before dispatch and is not added silently.

Check the parcel on receipt. If the packaging or the item is damaged, record it with the carrier and write to us on the same day.

5. Withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.

Rackets that have been played with and opened ball cans cannot be taken back. Refunds go to the method used for payment once the item has arrived and been checked. The full conditions are on the returns page.

6. Data and changes

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy.

These terms may be updated. A new version applies from the moment it is published and does not change orders already confirmed.
