✨ Features and benefits
Herringbone outsole
The pattern cut for lateral grip, which is the movement padel asks for most.
How padel wears a shoe
The load is lateral and comes in short bursts, so the foot pushes against the side of the shoe rather than rolling through it. That is why padel soles are cut in herringbone or omni patterns, and why the upper usually goes at the inside of the forefoot first.
Sole against surface
Herringbone clears sand and grips on the artificial grass most clubs lay. Omni mixes clay and hard-court sections for courts that are neither. A smooth or all-court sole is the wrong tool on sand-dressed grass.
Replace the sole, not the shoe
A padel shoe usually dies at the outsole before the upper gives up. Checking the tread at the pivot points under the ball of the foot tells you where a pair is in its life better than how it looks.
Try on late in the day
Feet swell over a session, so a pair fitted in the morning can feel a size short by the third game. Sizing is the maker's own — the safest comparison is a pair of the same brand already owned.
